Terms of service

Oops I Drew. Last updated 6 November 2026.

These terms cover your use of Oops I Drew, a puzzle game made by Kamulagi (“we”). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

The game

Oops I Drew is free to download and shows ads. There is no account and there are no purchases. Your drawings and progress are saved only on your device, so they’re lost if you uninstall the game or lose your device, and we can’t restore them.

Ads and privacy

Ads are supplied by third-party networks, and we don’t control or endorse what they advertise. Our privacy policy explains what data the game and those services handle.

What’s ours and what you can do with it

The game, including its code, art, levels, characters and sound, belongs to us or our licensors. Open-source parts are listed on the licences page and stay under their own licences. You may install and play the game for your own personal use. You agree not to copy, sell or redistribute it, or to reverse engineer it except where the law allows you to.

You’re welcome to share screenshots and videos of yourself playing.

The App Store and Google Play

Your download also falls under the terms of the store you got it from. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement applies too.

No guarantees

We make the game with care, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always work, be free of bugs or stay available, and we may change or stop it at any time.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using or being unable to use the game, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
